Longbeach Lodge 2009 / 2010

The following rates apply per night for the entire lodge, which accommodates 8 to 10 guests. Rates may be negotiable for stays of longer periods and special conditions apply for 2 night stays.

General Terms

Bookings may be secured either by a deposit of 30% with the balance payable at least a month prior to occupation or a deposit of 50% with the balance payable in cash on arrival.

A breakages deposit may be requested at the owners’ discretion, repayable by electronic transfer within 48 hours of departure, provided no breakages have occurred.

Our cancellation policy is, quite simply, that no deposit should be forfeit. Though it may not be refundable in the event of cancellation (unless there are special circumstances), it will be held by us on behalf of the guest, to be put towards the cost of a future booking.

Longbeach Lodge has a very pretty, mainly indigenous garden. Sadly, no dogs can be allowed, much as we love them.

Smoking is permitted outside on the verandah only.
